If you were charged unexpectedly, just check the day of charge. Otherwise, just remember there might be charges one to two days before the monthly fee since there might have some problems with our payment provider. If it's only that, it's alright. But if you planned to cancel and told us that you would cancel the day before charging the fee, we will help you to solve this.
